It has been a fascinating journey, and even though you have been on staff at Better Care Medical Center for close to 10 years, you have very little idea of how things operate in the overall functioning of the hospital (this includes its myriad stakeholder groups: patients, physicians, nursing, nonclinical staff, operations, community groups, boards, etc.).
