Welcome to the new CRC
The Credentialing Resource Center (CRC) is proud to debut a sleek new look, assortment of upgraded and expanded membership benefits, and expedient publishing model for our signature news and analysis.
The new and improved CRC is your hub for all things credentialing, privileging, and peer review. As you explore the revamped site and membership offerings, check out our FAQ page for navigational pointers, and contact Editor Delaney Rebernik at email@example.com with any additional questions or feedback.
We’re thrilled to unveil the following features, tools, and channels for delivering the professional education, guidance, and strategy you need to achieve excellence in an ever-evolving industry:
A one-stop resource for credentialing best practices, medical staff office strategy, and legal guidance
The Credentialing Resource Center Journal (CRCJ) and Credentialing & Peer Review Legal Insider (CPRLI) are now one 16-page publication that reflects the hallmark insights of both newsletters. Read the expanded CRCJ for analysis and best practice strategy on credentialing, privileging, peer review, medical staff office management, and the legal implications for these core functions. Beginning October 4, articles from the expanded CRCJ will be published on the CRC site and announced in CRC Daily on a weekly basis.
A more frequent and robust publishing model
Previously, print and digital issues of CRC publications were released on a monthly basis. Under our new model, members gain exclusive access to brand new articles and resources weekly on the CRC website. To help you keep tabs on all the available content, new articles (and other site releases) are announced in CRC Daily. At the end of each month, we roll the corresponding weekly articles into digital issues of CRCJ and Medical Staff Briefing (MSB) that mirror their classic print format. Although print issues are no longer distributed by mail, you can continue to download and print high-quality digital PDFs of current issues, as well as select back issues, directly from the CRC website. Look for the first articles (and relevant CRC Daily announcements) published under the new model the week of October 3.
Upgraded and expanded membership benefits
All CRC members will now have access to MSB and the expanded CRCJ, as well as several years of back issues of CRCJ, CPRLI, and MSB. In addition, they will have exclusive access to the CRC Forums, the modernized version of Medical Staff Talk. It’s all the shop talk and sample swapping you’ve come to expect and a more robust platform to boot. See the FAQs page for detailed guidance on using the Forums.
Other updated and brand new features include a career center (all members), a living encyclopedia of essential medical staff and credentialing concepts (Platinum and Platinum Plus members), and new tools for multimedia professional education and training, including webinars (Platinum Plus members).
