My 'harmonious' survey
I just completed my third Consolidated Accreditation and Licensing Survey or "CALS visit" (aka Joint Commission survey) at Good Sam, and it was the best experience of my career. It wasn't due to my staff or the hospital survey prep team (as they always perform outstandingly). It was because of my medical staff!
