ABIM updates MOC examination blueprint

The American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) recently announced an update to the internal medicine Maintenance of Certification (MOC) blueprint, which will be implemented starting with the Fall 2015 internal medicine MOC exam. The updated blueprint aims to better reflect topics of high- and medium-importance to internists. The updated blueprint can be found on the ABIM’s website here.

The ABIM also announced new exam score reports beginning with the Spring 2015 MOC exam. The score reports will be sent to examinees in an electronic format with more feedback on incorrect questions, visual representation of results, and supplemental information.
