District Court: Hospital must produce committee’s investigation records

The U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire (the “Court”) ordered a hospital to produce records of a committee’s investigation into a terminated nurse’s actions and patient care. The Court found that the hospital could not show that a privilege afforded by state law applied to the committee’s investigation records.
