District Court of Tennessee grants HHS summary judgment

Recently, the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Tennessee-Nashville Division (the “Court”) granted the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) motion and denied a physician’s motion for summary judgment regarding a report to the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) after the physician sought to void the reports to the NPDB.
