Employed physicians as medical staff members

Last time, we saw Dr. Young experience double jeopardy following a patient complaint. Her employer wrote her up and threatened to terminate her if another incident occurred. The medical staff president gave her a slap on the wrist and said, "Try not to do it again." Dr. Young is rightfully confused. In fact, she is so concerned that she is giving serious consideration to resigning her position. She fears that the disciplinary letter will follow her for the rest of her career and decides to consult an attorney for further advice.
