Employee feedback matters: The quest to avoid credentialing burnout
Dawn Anderson, CPCS, CPMSM, director of credentialing, privileging, and licensing for Ob Hospitalist Group in Greenville, South Carolina, is a big advocate for preventing burnout among credentialing specialists. CRCJ spoke with Anderson earlier this year to discuss the organization’s burnout prevention program for credentialing specialists. Wanting to see how the program has progressed, CRCJ recently sat down with her again. Of particular interest were the results of the employee survey.
