The trend of consolidation in the healthcare industry continues and its merits are still being debated. Critics say it leads to lack of competition and higher prices. Supporters say it leads to better integrated healthcare systems, which improves efficiency and quality of care. Have any of you experienced consolidation firsthand? Let us know what you think.
