How should credentialing teams handle mental health questions?

In May, J. Corey Feist, JD, MBA, co-founder and president of the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation, and John Howard, MD, director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, issued a statement calling for the removal of intrusive mental health questions from hospital credentialing applications. They aren’t the only ones lobbying for the removal of these types of questions.
