Illinois court affirms decision to suspend psychiatrist's medical license

The Appellate Court of Illinois, First Judicial District, affirmed a decision by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to indefinitely suspend a psychiatrist's medical license after he engaged in unprofessional conduct by using "secret methods" and other modalities that deviated from the standard of care to treat patients.
