Illinois District Court: Resident’s claims of sexual harassment can move forward

The Northern District of Illinois Western Division Court (the “Court”) denied a medical school's motion to dismiss a claim against it for sexual harassment from a former resident who was terminated from her program. However, the Court did grant the school's motion to dismiss the former resident's claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress.
