Increasing the value of form letter verifications
The value of verifying a provider's hospital affiliations was a hot topic at the 2012 NAMSS conference, with multiple references to the immense value of this rather low-yield credentialing tool. Conversely, many MSPs question the value of continuing this industry standard due to the ever increasing use of form letter and online verification responses as opposed to completing verification questionnaires.
