MSPs’ salaries can vary greatly depending on geographic location, according to the results of the 2015 MSP Salary Survey. Below are the average MSP salary by region based on the more than 800 respondents to the survey:
•    Pacific (California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, Arizona): $68,700
•    Mid-Atlantic (Pennsylvania; Delaware; Maryland; Virginia; Washington, D.C.; West Virginia; North Carolina): $68,300
•    Northeast (New England, New York, New Jersey): $63,200
•    Southeast (Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas): $56,900
•    West (Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada): $56,800
•    Central (Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky): $54,700
•    Midwest (Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota): $52,700
