"Do more with less" is the mantra that many MSPs hear ad nauseam throughout our careers. The medical staff office (MSO) often becomes the go-to place for tasks and processes that may be better suited for other teams. These miscellaneous assignments increase our stress level and add height to a mountain of work that seems less surmountable by the day. The constant tension between our tasks, customers, colleagues, and employers often prevents us from reaching the top of that mountain and exhaling.
