New blog post: Is Texas Medical Board getting job done?

The advocacy group, Public Citizen, is calling on Texas Governor Rick Perry to give more funding and support to the Texas Medical Board. The group claims that the state agency is not able to discipline all of the physicians who need to be punished. The Texas Medical Board disagrees.
