Probing into concurrent proctoring problems
Physicians are often hesitant to serve as proctors, and who could blame them? Proctoring another physician is one of the most awkward positions that a physician can be put into. Proctors must critique another physician’s performance, and their assessment helps determine whether their colleague can maintain his or her privileges.
