More organization are putting a greater emphasis on leadership skills when recruiting physicians. Finding the right physician for a leadership role can help hospitals perform better as there has been shown to be a strong correlation between physician leadership and quality scores.
When recruiting physicians for leadership roles, the qualities to look for include:
