A season of new beginnings
The new year ushers in a season of new beginnings and clean slates. Fresh optimism hangs in the air, reminding us to leave old habits in the past and resolve to meet new goals. The dawn of this new year is a good time to consider your professional goals, both big and small. If you are intimidated by large goals, as I am, break up your goals into reasonably attainable New Year's resolutions. Meeting these smaller goals will encourage you to continue taking the steps necessary to meet your larger goals.
