When physicians get disruptive: Taking action to prevent reoccurrences

While it's certainly not considered one of the perks of the job, at some point during their careers physician leaders and MSPs will have to deal with a physician who exhibits disruptive behavior. Disruptive behavior can come in a variety of forms, from yelling and inappropriate language to, in the worst cases, physical altercations. Disruptive behavior doesn't just affect patient safety, and any form of disruptive behavior must be dealt with regardless of who it affects.
