Interstate Medical Licensure Compact hits state legislatures
Legislation to create an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact had been introduced in 13 states as this issue of CRCJ went to print, with more likely to follow. If enacted, the compact will enable physicians licensed in one participating state to practice in other participating states without having to repeat the licensing process in each state.
