Sample FPPE improvement plan
FPPE is a process that requires a formal improvement plan with some form of monitoring to determine whether the improvement has been achieved. Whether an FPPE is initiated based on case review decisions by a peer review committee or evaluations of OPPE reports, having a defined format for the FPPE enhances the sense of fairness, clarifies the performance improvement goals, and allows for better oversight of the FPPE process. Today’s free resource is a sample FPPE improvement plan.
