Dear readers,
I know there’s still some debate about the value of EHRs so I wanted to direct you to a recent report released by the National Partnership for Women & Families. It’s an interesting read, so check it out. Among its findings, it reports that a growing number of patients like using EHRs to access their medical information. Of those polled with online access, 86% said they used it at least once per year, while 55% said they used it three or more times. Also, about a quarter of respondents with physicians who use paper records said they would find it very valuable if they switched over to EHRs.
Thanks for reading!
