Operators of illegal men's health clinic arrested

 

An undercover investigation by the Houston Police Department and the FDA has led to the arrest of two men charged with running an unlicensed erectile dysfunction clinic.
 
Randy Herrera and Kenneth Ulishney are charged with unlawful practice of medicine and delivery of a controlled substance for supplying patients with pills and testosterone injections. Neither has a medical background. The clinic, Men’s Health Centers, charged patients $300 for a consultation and $30 for a testosterone injection.
