Criminal probe to investigate fake EMT

New Mexico State Police are investigating how a man worked as an emergency medical technician for at least two years using a forged license. According to police, David Allen Phillips treated at least 40 patients in the Santa Fe area, including one state senator during a recent legislative session. Charges against Phillips are possible pending the police investigation.
