Having a uniform and transparent process makes it easier for MSPs to speak up if they encounter an issue on a file.

The CCO council, made up of the directors and managers of all of the health system’s medical staff offices and the CCO director and operations manager, created the following list of questions that MSPs check for on every file to identify any red flags.
