Certified nurse-midwife privilege form

As we have mentioned already this week, developing privileges for allied health professionals comes with a unique set of complications and factors to consider. Credentialing Resource Center has developed 38 criteria-based privilege forms for the most common allied health professionals. These core privilege forms can be accessed through the Credentialing Resource Center website or by purchasing the book, Core Privileges for AHPs: Develop and Implement Criteria-Based Privileging for Nonphysician Practitioners, Third Edition.
