NorthCrest Medical Center recognizes its MSP

MSP Awareness Week may be over but we’re still getting submissions from our readers. Today's entry comes from NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee. Medical staff coordinator Carmen L. Jones, CPCS, writes:

“This is the first year out of the last eight years I have been recognized. I felt pretty important last week.”

As the only member of her department, Jones received thank-you cards, candy, flowers, and a glowing write-up in her hospital’s weekly newsletter.
