A preview of the MSP Salary Survey results before it closes

With our annual MSP Salary Survey closing soon, let’s look at some early results. In positive news, department sizes appear to be increasing with 38.9% of survey respondents reporting that in the past year their department has expanded, compared to 31.1% from our 2022 survey. This year, 14.8% of respondents also reported that their departments had shrunk, down from 18.4% last year.

However, while department sizes saw growth, budgets didn’t increase at the same pace. In the past year, 21.4% of respondents reported their budgets increased, compared to 20.5% in 2022. Most respondents this year (65.2%) said their budgets stayed the same, up from 62.5% last year.

These are preliminary results and the survey is still open so these numbers may change. Want to receive an executive summary of our final findings?
