Meet the on-site CRC team
With several experienced HCPro staffers heading to Las Vegas, 2019 CRC Symposium attendees are in good hands. From event registration and hotel reservation questions to navigating our conference app and the scenic city of Las Vegas, we’ve got all your conference bases covered. Learn a little more about the on-site staff and we’ll see you Tuesday!
See us on-site
Jennifer Hollis
Senior Conference and Events Manager
Flag Jennifer down for any on-site issues related to the meeting rooms (special meal requests, etc.).
Delaney Rebernik
Advisory Services Manager
Flag Delaney down for on-site help and event feedback. I'll be a room monitor (you'll know me by my frantic timing card waving from the back of the room). I'll also be floating around the registration table, so stop me for directions to a nearby bathroom or to pass along content questions for the speakers.
Delaney is most looking forward to gorging on all-you-can-eat buffets—and industry-leading education.
Karen Kondilis
Managing Editor
Flag down Karen for any on-site questions you have. I will be a room monitor so feel free to tell me if any adjustments need to be made to the room (like the temperature!) or to ask me any content-related questions. I can also answer questions about our other HCPro medical staff and credentialing products. Also feel free to send any symposium feedback my way before, during, or after the event.
Karen is most looking forward to interacting with our customers and hitting up the blackjack table (after the sessions, of course) to earn money to buy cute outfits for her baby.
Son Hoang
Product Manager
Flag down Son for answers to on-site questions. I will be at our booth in the exhibit hall and moderating sessions when needed. You’ll also probably see me running around with my camera and creating posts for our daily e-newsletter and social media platforms. Let me know if you need a hashtag suggestion or want to be in a photo.
Son is most looking forward to visiting Jammyland in the Arts District after the sessions adjourn for the day. It promises to be a psychedelic journey through the roots of Jamaican cookery.
Karla Accorto
Associate Editor
Flag down Karla for any on-site questions you have. This will be my first time at the CRC Symposium as a room monitor but let me know if you need any adjustments made to the room or if you have any content-related questions.
Karla is most looking forward to seeing the Las Vegas strip atop the High Roller ferris wheel.
