Tip of the week: Agree on AHPs' role

In many facilities, AHPs are not considered members of the medical staff but do have clinical privileges granted through the medical staff process. Organizations must clearly understand this concept as hospital/medical staff leadership seeks to redefine the allied health categories and policies related to these practitioners.
