This week, learn about the impact of organizational culture on a physician’s decision to join and stay with a practice. As it turns out, lack of cultural fit can lead to gaps between an organization’s performance and a physician’s satisfaction. Given the recent news about physician recruitment remaining difficult despite higher rates of healthcare employment, it could help to objectively assess cultural fit.
