Facets of performance improvement

Ease of use is one of the hallmarks of effective systems, whether they’re online or on paper. The National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB)’s recently announced efforts to ease the reporting mechanism seem like steps in the right direction, and could save valuable user time if they work as planned.

Closer to home, we’re working on a redesigned web experience for the Credentialing Resource Center with the goal of an easier to use website that makes more information accessible with fewer clicks. The site will have the same depth of information, but will make it easier to find.
