Fewer MSPs plan to return to office

The number of MSPs planning to return to their on-site location fulltime has decreased over the past year, according to initial findings from the 2021 MSP Salary Survey. About 63% of respondents said they plan to return to working on-site when it is safe to do so (due to the COVID-19 pandemic). This is compared to last year, when 70% of MSPs said they plan to return to working on-site. Not surprisingly, the number of MSPs who said they would not return to working onsite increased from 7% to 18% over the past year; while the number of respondents saying they would have a hybrid schedule decreased from 23% to 18%. Many respondents to this year’s survey also wrote that they are either already back to working on-site or never worked remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.
