Provider credentialing information checklist

Today’s free resource is a provider orientation checklist to make sure you get all of the information you need to credential a provider. Although most of the information on the checklist will not come as a surprise, it is helpful to have a visual reminder during the credentialing process to make sure even the most obvious elements are not overlooked. This checklist can serve as a base for you to add any other credentials elements your organization can require.
