The medical staff office's myriad duties keep MSPs' acuity sharp. Nevertheless, it's important to have ways of identifying your staff''s strengths and opportunities for improvement. This MSP quiz, developed at Cleveland-based University Hospitals, was used to gauge the knowledge of MSPs in new roles on a variety of topics and medical staff standards.
