Zero data: βIt is important to know when a practitioner has had zero performance of a privilege, or privileges, that he or she has been granted. If you have a physician that has not had any activity in your hospital for one or more OPPE periods, that physician may be placed in a focused review when he or she does begin to practice at your facility again.β
