If you are at the Credentialing Resource Center Symposium this week, I hope you are enjoying the event and your time in Las Vegas. If you didn’t make it this year, let’s play a different game—one that doesn’t involve slot machines.

 

HCPro is compiling a volume of educational tools that medical staff services departments (MSSD) employ to teach and/or motivate their colleagues about credentialing best practices. Do you have quizzes, contests, or other ways to keep everyone’s skills honed? If you do, are they confined to the MSSD, or do physician leaders get to participate, too?
