Changes ahead for ITP users
August 30, 2013
The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) National Practitioner Data Bank will replace the Interface Control Document Transfer Program (ITP) with the Querying and Reporting XML Service (QRXS) on July 31, 2014. Users who currently query or report through the Data Bank website or QRXS will not be affected by the ITP sunset. However, those who use an external software product to perform large batch uploads and interact with the Data Bank are advised to see the ITP Sunset Fact Sheet on the HRSA’s Data Bank website for more information.
