New sample forms and white papers available

Platinum Plus members can now access 26 new sample tools and forms on Credentialing Resource Center.  These forms can be modified and changed to fit your hospital's policy needs, ranging in topics from physician employment to a sample monthly newsletter for medical staff services departments. The forms also contain blurbs of expert guidance. To see the full library of forms available, click here.
