New sample forms available

Did you know Credentialing Resource Center members have access to a library full of sample forms that can be downloaded for your convenience? These forms can be modified to fit specific hospitals and their policies, or they can be used to give you an idea of how to create your own policy/form for your own needs! Ranging in topics from credentialing meeting agendas to conflict-of-interest forms, these samples can be used to help develop or streamline your department's policies and procedures.
